I spent Monday afternoon hiking around Quaker Pond at Mendon Ponds Park just south of Rochester. It is a beautiful and much loved park with nooks and crannies and memorials all over. The plaque in the second image is on the railing of an overlook over the marshland at the north end of the pond.
I decided it was time to start getting myself used to carry a bit of weight on my back. The lens case on the belt is just right for the Argus C3. Pictures from it will be forthcoming as soon as I finish the roll and get it developed and scanned.

I enjoyed both the scenery and the plaques.
